other-worldly
how it arrived remember i now
awakened from slumber
love's dying ember
to the ends of the earth
to force a confession
distraction caused loss
rebounding needed - love re-direction
throroughly drinking bitter wine
set forth towards all that we had dreamed
the best of both worlds
and not how it seemed
regard me now for what we began
making is possible to settle back in
love never stronger - never wronged her
she now who's caring - always awaring
firmly stand i yet bending and handing
fully awashed in worlds' limitations
life's daily living and special vacations
Han River flows through all the years
as Sheepshead Bay ebbs and rises
water are we from different oceans
as wonderous waves expose new surprises
it best to have worlds to enter and leave
each with its pleasures and reasons to grieve
none of the other world's sour milk seas
